Sunday morning discovery

Some one tossed my car on Jan 17th. I was the 9th victim when the cops stopped by.
They took a set of headphones and a phone charger. Found out later they were just kids.

One egg for dinner....

To hide a pill for Solomen.
Egg for the dog?

Too bad

The magical divide in the household was not meant to be this year.
I guess we won't see my Patriots whoop his Steelers.

Both sides of the story

It is official, I was told to stay out of the life of an 18 year old. She packed her clothes and whatever she can pick into 2 totes to the awaiting car.
After the last 3 years of enduring put downs and disrespect, she decided the grass is greener on the other side of the fence and cannot stand to be in our house after 16 years.

However she assumed that the high dollar items paid by her step father (whom she also disregarded for a long time) is her property.
Lo and behold, we received threats from grandparents who think we are probably in the same line as prison wardens.

To the grandparent who made that "obscene" call, we are disappointed you interfered without knowing the whole picture and that you even interfered with someone's else family.
As many families know, children are angels when they leave their homes and devils when they return.

Trust me the adults in this house have endured and sacrificed more than we show and tell. There is a limit to how much you can let someone take advantage and manipulate others to their advantage.

This post hopefully will clear the air and paint (some what) both sides of the picture.
