3 Star General Addresses Flag City Honor Flight
Three Star General Burgess, Director of Intelligence, addressess the entire flight of Flag City Honor Flight.
The Gentleman who introduced him is Bob Lowe, also from PA, is the Terminal Manager of Miami Air.
They were both too cool!
