Correction, Mr D.

A previous post credited NASA for the invention of Velcro. Well Mr D. was the source of that information. I hereby correct that statement (and Mr D. in person today).
Velco is a trademark, but the product, Hook and Loop was invented by a Swiss, George De Maestral. NASA's extensive use brought public awareness to this product. They even have a Velcro man, 40 feet of 1 inch square hook and loop.

Mr J. and Mr M., please express your thoughts to Mr D. if you see him, hopefully his special lights are not on during the encounter. D'oh!
