While I was drudging through tonight's news articles, I wonder how another hurricane or natural disaster affect the price at the pump.
September 1, 2005. We received 3.5 inches of rain in 24 hours from Hurricane Katrina, the price of gas was $3.09 per gallon for 87 octane, minimum wage was $5.15.
June 7, 2007. We received 0 inches of rain, the price is gas is $3.29 per gallon for 87 octane (at WALMART), minimum wage is still $5.15.
*rubbing chin.
*This summer vacation will cost a bundle.
*Even mowing the yard is getting costly.
*Good thing for the new Walmart closeby.
*This rise in fuel price will transfer to the operation costs in agricultural, does that mean KFC will raise the price of a bucket of chicken too?? (Argh!!)
*Is this really the signs of the times?
Okay, go talk amongst yourselves.
